PCMI Fingerprinting Process

For Substitute Teachers and Substitute Teacher Assistants

1. Prior to being fingerprinted, you must stop by the Northwest Education Services (North Ed) Administration Office located at 1101 Red Drive, Traverse City, 49684 for the Livescan Form.  You will not be able to get your fingerprints done without this form.  

2.  Please register and schedule an appointment with MorphoTrust by calling 866-226-2952 or by going online at  IdentoGO with the information provided on the Livescan Form.
